Welcome to Classic Motor Sports. Our Dealership is located just south of Traverse City, Michigan on Highway U.S. 31 South, mid-way between South Airport Road and Chums Corner. Our roots go back to the 1960's and under the same ownership and management since 1991. We are motor sport enthusiasts that sell ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles and personal watercraft. In other words, we sell the vehicles that put a lot of fun into your life. They've put a lot of fun into ours! Our Brands & Inventory
We are Northern Michigan's authorized dealer for Polaris, Kawasaki, Yamaha, SSR Motorsports, KYMCO and Timbersled. We sell ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles and personal watercraft. As Northern Michigan's dominant motor sport dealer, we have the inventory and selection you expect; literally hundreds of units in stock! Of course there's always the possibility the model and color you want was just sold. There's no need to give-up or compromise on a different model or color. We'll get you the model and color you want; the one that's right for you. And generally it's just 48 hours away, or less.
We also have a large selection of used motor sport vehicles. We want your trade-in! We accept anything in trade that we can legally sell: motor sport vehicles, cars, trucks, boats, any brand, any model, any year. Because of our liberal trade-in policy and generous trade-in allowances, we always have a large selection of used inventory. All has gone through our Service Department for inspection, needed maintenance and, if necessary, repair. You can buy with confidence because near all our used inventory qualifies for up to a three year warranty. If we don't have what you're looking for, leave us with your name and contact information. We'll let you know when we're about to get a matching used unit. Many of our used units actually sell before they're turned-in for us to list on our website.
We also buy used motor sport vehicles out-right even if you're not in the market to replace it.
Our Accessories, Apparel & Parts
As expected of a large dealer, we have an extensive inventory of genuine factory parts for Polaris, Kawasaki, Yamaha, SSR Motorsports, KYMCO and Timbersled. We also stock accessories, apparel, riding gear and branded merchandise from these manufacturers.
We're also big into aftermarket accessories, apparel and riding gear. We're Northern Michigan's authorized, stocking dealer for 509, FXR, Alpinestars, Leatt, Bell, Fox, Thor, Kolpin, Moose, Valor, Rockford Fosgate and a host of specialized performance parts manufacturers. Since we're enthusiasts, we can provide helpful advice, through personal experience, about these products. If you're looking for added performance, we know through experience how using products from various manufacturers work together, and what additional modifications are necessary for reliability and to take advantage of full performance potential.
Our Service Department
We offer full maintenance and repair by trained and experienced mechanics. We're proud that our technicians have achieved the highest level of factory training and certification offered by the manufacturers we represent together with many years of experience with us and even more in the motorsports industry. We also offer full performance modifications.
