"My son is a student at MNC and had a blow out on his scooter at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. With me living down state there was not much I could do. Jimmy and the rest of the guys took great care of my son with just a phone call. Even though it was the end of the day they went and picked him and the scooter up. They did not have a tube in stock, but ran out and got one. He was back on the road in no time. As a Harley rider I have always heard good things about Classic, they are all class act to all. Thanks guys."

"i bought a bike,, it had alot of problems, but the bike was sold as is ,,, i took it back and they fixed it .. and only charged me for parts ,, they covered over 500.00 in labor.. they didnt have to ... i thank you !!"

"I was recently traveling through the U.P. and found my rear tire was more worn than I had anticipated. At the hotel I asked where the nearest Triumph dealer was and they referred me to you. I have found that most dealers that are not European dealers do not want to even touch a british bike. I have a 240 rear tire and nobody had it in stock. Your service desk was extremely helpful I was able to have my tire next day air. They also found a recall and took care of that to. The people working there are top notch. My Rocket III was able to completemy trip and I added 2800 miles to the bike that week. Thanks for theservice done. "

Thanks for emailing. Everything is great, except for the snow and cold weather. I was fine once I got it on the road. It was very, very windy on the way home (40 mi drive). Nice day though; glad I drove it home and didn't have someone else do it or trailer it home. YEAH! The only bad thing was I passed by the bad motorcycle accident right after it happened. Made me a little nervous. Both people are in serious and critical condition. I was a little nervewrecked to see that sight. Anyway, realized my helmet is a little big - wind kept catching. Will be in soon to buy one I had my eye on, and need to get my plate holder.
By the way, will I be notified or receive something in the mail when you guys have specials, promotions, and/or sales? Just wondering. Anyway, all is great, glad you MADE ME BUY THE BIKE. My Dad is quite proud of my bike (surprise, surprise, surprise).
Anyway, have a great day and I'll see you soon. Tell Eric and Chris thanks a bunch also. You guys have been great.

From the time we walked in the door, until the time we left after purchasing two motorbikes, we were treated and taken care of by one of your sales consultants.
Chris Hancock was professional, helpful and nothing short of an excellent sales consultant.
We had earlier that day visited another motorbike dealer and the service was incomparable.
